Terms of service

Enrolment and accounts

A seat is confirmed once payment is received. Cohort dates and times are listed in Eastern time; your dashboard shows them in your own time zone. Keep your password private. Your account is for you alone.

Refunds

All sales are final, with no refunds. The one exception: if a PMP or BA cohort does not reach 10 students, you can move to the next cohort or get a full refund. Please check the course details, level and date before you pay.

Recordings and materials

Recordings and materials are for your personal learning. Please do not share or resell them.

Conduct

Treat instructors and classmates with respect. We may remove anyone who disrupts a class.
